# IT DOES NOT WORK! I’ve lost data-

 * I made a form with approximately 27 fields and when my users fill it out, in 
   the entries I can only see 11 fields. It’s a shame because it’s really a plugin
   that allows you to easily create powerful forms.

 * You made the form wrong. You can’t see replies, cause you have multiple fileds
   with THE SAME LABEL. All labels must be different.

 * The submitted data may not appear on the Entries section due to duplicating fields
   or if more than one field gets the same **Name**. Please open the form in Elementor
   editor and make sure each of the fields on your Form gets a Unique **Name(not
   Label Name)**. You can check [this screenshot](https://prnt.sc/sMKAEL4MfTWo) 
   for a better understanding.
