# It doesn’t sync some variable products

 * Hello,
    I have had problems with synchronization, some variable products do not
   synch (plugin version 2.1.4).
 * I’ve tried everything, I have another site with the catalog similar and without
   this problem (but I haven’t updated the plugin yet, it’s in version 1.11.4)

 * It sounds like these variations are set to “Sync and show in catalog”. Is this
   correct?
 * Could you please confirm if the variations that are missing have a stock set 
   and are not marked as “virtual” products?

 * I wanted to follow up and let you know that we just released a new plugin version–
   2.2.0 – that includes some updates which should help with the variable product
   sync. Could you please try updating to this version and let me know if this resolves
   the issue?
