# It doesn't work…!

 * I have installed and activated OK. The pencil icon appears on the toolbar as 
   shown in your screen shots. But when I click on that icon nothing happens.
 * What is wrong?

 * Problem has been solved. It was related with our CDN that serves JavaScript files
   on WordPress plugin.

 * I have the same issue as Graham Jones did. Click the icon, a list of my forms
   comes up, I click on the form I want and nothing happens.
