# It doesn’t work

 * The only editable thing is the text and their order management rest no changes
   made. When I changed color and size it showed that on the live screen and when
   I updated it just came back to standard settings. Also, the three-liner menu 
   is still visible on the desktop, even tho it’s for “pro” users.

   We appreciate
   you bringing this problem to our attention. I want to assure you that this is
   a rare instance and normally Responsive Menu works as expected for most of the
   users.
 * From what you have described, most likely it appears that either some CSS is 
   not loading properly or there may be a conflict with css from another theme or
   plugin.
   May I suggest you try disabling other plugins to rule out any such conflicts?
   Similarly, try switching to a different theme to rule out any theme conflicts.
 * It would be very helpful if you could share a screenshot or any additional information
   that may help in investigating and resolving this problem.
 * You may also refer to our docs to see if the menu has been set up correctly.
