# It doesn't work

 * Hello Staff,
    i’m writing from italy. I’ve bought the pro version of this plugin,
   but it doesn’t work… I can see albums thumbnail, but, clicking on it, gallery
   thumbs don’t appear.. I can’t kown why… and, watching on my console, i can read
   this error message Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status
   of 404 (Not Found) [http://www.meet-eventi.com/wp-content/plugins/easy-media-gallery-pro/css/styles/filter/-filter.css?ver=4.1](http://www.meet-eventi.com/wp-content/plugins/easy-media-gallery-pro/css/styles/filter/-filter.css?ver=4.1)
 * I miss this file…
    Maybe, that’s why, i guess…. Or… Are there other reasons?

 * Just go to Easy Media > Settings and hit **Save Changes** button…after that try
   again to check in console. Let me know.
