HI! Could you specify which plugin it doesn’t work with? I will have a look. Where it doesn’t work? You can’t add fee, or fee is not added? Thanks for mor details!
Karolina
Hi Karolina, the plugin used by Klarna is called Klarna Payments for WooCommerce and the additional percentage that I am going to insert in your plugin is not added. It works with other payment methods, but not with Klarna.
You can try to add a product to your cart, go ahead with the order up to the checkout where you can choose the payment method, and you can check with APPpago adds the fee as a percentage, while with Klarna it doesn’t.

In that case, I guess Klarna has something named differntly (for example registers different payment options) or prevents default JS from loading correctly?
I would need to reproduce the issue myself and see on a DEV environment. Could you set it up the Klarna very same way with some DEV testing credentials? https://help.kybernaut.cz/en/support-acces/
Can you give me instructions on how to do this?
The easiest (for me) is to
- create a copy for example to tastewp.com (it will allow you spin up WP for a week) with https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/backup-backup/
- delete orders from that site
- and connect to Klarna development/staging environment, or you can leave it as it is, I won’t make any real orders
Thanks for your help
Karolina
