But when I tried on desktop, it shows your theme, I am not really sure about this, but please try to delete Endurance cache once again – it is 99% stucked because of it. Or try to disable it – you really don`t need caching pluging at this stage.

Oh and BTW if you are using Microsoft browser there is a bug while saving settings. So make sure to use other browsers..
Resolved via email, caused by MS Edge browser bug while saving specific settings.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
