    blocked = locked out (temporarily) or blocked = banned (permanently)?

 * Lockouts are temporary and will expire after (default) 15 minutes.
 * If you can’t wait that long, log into the WordPress Dashboard with an Administrator
   account (if available) and release the lockout from the **Active Lockouts** side
   widget on the iTSec plugin Settings page.
 * You’ll need to scroll down the Settings page in order to find the **Active Lockouts**
   side widget. iThemes conveniently (NOT) positioned the widget among a bunch of
   advertising widgets …
