# iTheme Security plugin – Membership issue

 * Hi there,
 * I am using iTheme Security plugin on my website and I have a problem. I have 
   membership (Membermouse) system on my website. If a user attempts to login and
   using wrong password several times, they got locked out or blacklisted. It is
   unpleasant for them and for me.
 * Do you have any idea how to fix it? Any technical settings which can work? 🙂
