# ITRO WP plugin does not work

 * We have tried every permutation possible and cannot get the plugin to work Do
   you have better documentation? The popup does not show – we have set the theme
   to static – home page – shown where the popup is to be displayed – added images–
   tried text – nothing works. How did you get 5 start rating for this plugin – 
   no contact details? Please can you help?

 * ok tried it and got a bit further – it actually showed on the page – but it broke
   up my theme completely so I cannot use it – pity, because if it worked there 
   would be a lot of good use for it
