• I am a medical doctor and Formidable forms allows me to build my own applications without asking somebody else to do this for me. At the time I found it, its support was the best I have ever met. I was assisted by Jamie Wahlin and her support made me fully dedicated to this platform. Yet I have no time to familiarize myself in the debths of the programming language and support from the team for me is very important. Unfortunately as the platform grew, more inconveniences appeared. I call them bugs but today’s support would make me sorry for asking question and calling them bugs. If I am asking a question Nath. would ask me in return 10 other questions so that I should work hard on them until finally give up. Probably Microsoft has walked similar path…

    I’m sorry we haven’t been able to properly understand your questions and setup, despite all the time we have put into your tickets trying to replicate the problem you are seeing. I can assure you we make every effort to root out bugs. It’s especially difficult when you have a complicated setup without a site for us to see.

    If you have steps for us to take to see the issue, or a site with instructions, we’ll be happy to take another look.
