I’m sorry I don’t have it. Yesterday, I spent all day trying to get a recaptcha to work with a contact form. I couldn’t get it to work with Contactform 7 after inserting your recommended text. I finally deleted all the forms and captchas and I’m using recaptcha Form. That’s the only one I found to actually work, but perhaps it’s the theme I’m using or my ineptitude. I have fixed this issue with version 1.1.3 of the plugin. Would you mind trying the plugin again and reconsidering the 1 star rating?

Other users have this issue fixed by updating to 1.1.3 as well (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/with-cf7-the-field-text-to-configure-recaptcha-is-missing?replies=4), so it’s safe to say it should work if you choose to use Contact Form 7 again.
In fact this issue is caused by a just-released update of Contact Form 7 so BWP recaptcha is not really at fault here.
