# It’s not adding subscribers

 * The popup is adding email subscribers but it is not displaying any subscribers
   data. There is no name, and email addresses are displayed like [deleted@site.invalid](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/its-not-adding-subscribers/deleted@site.invalid?output_format=md)(
   id:13). I am seeing this for every new subscribers.

   will only show when the visitor did not check the _Privacy Consent_ box in order
   for you to add them to your list.
 * You can disable the privacy fields entirely via _Popup Maker_ > _Settings_ > _**
   Privacy**_.
