# Java error WordPress 4.5.2

 * With the WordPress upgrade 4.5.2 some plugins don’t work for the following javascript
   error:
 *     ```
       JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
       jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#]
       ```

 * you can see the biggest problem on **portfolio** pages:

   [http://www.eku.it/realizzazioni/](http://www.eku.it/realizzazioni/) which appear
   empty
 * The website theme is Avada.
 * Please Help me!

 * not really sure which of the javascript files is bringing this notices, from 
   what i recall there is opened thread related to WordPress 4.5.x (forgot which
   version).

   It also provides a fix.
 * p.s. you might also need to check themeforest from where you bought the theme,
   im sure the guys already made an update.

 * THANKS for the help.
 * In this moment I can’t update to Avada 4.0.2 or Avada 4.0.3,
    because when I 
   try I see the message: “An unexpected error occurred.** Something may be wrong
   with** WP.org or this **servers’s configuration**. If you continue to have problems,
   please try the supportforums”
 * I have wrote to server’s support and now I’m waiting.
 * **So I fixed the problem** in the way suggested by Cezar.
    **The website it’s
   working! I’m happy!**
