# Javascript conflict

 * Hello!
 * I love your plugin and use it very often in many developments.
 * However, I have a website with WooCommerce enabled, but on the checkout page,
   it seems there’s a JavaScript conflict with your plugin. As a result, certain
   WooCommerce elements are not displayed (for example, the banners “Already a customer?
   Click here to log in” or “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”), or 
   some fields that should be hidden, like the “Ship to a different address?” form,
   remain visible.
 * There are no errors in the JavaScript console, though.
 * After debugging, we found that all these issues are resolved by disabling the
   Join.Chat plugin.
 * We also tried to hide the plugin on the problematic page (checkout), but that
   didn’t work.
