    Hello Support Team,

we are experiencing a critical issue on our WooCommerce store when using your plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce. After activating the plugin, the shopping cart functionality breaks and throws the following error in the browser console:

    add-to-cart.min.js?ver=10.1.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: t(…).addClass(…).fadeTo(…).block is not a function at String.<anonymous> (add-to-cart.min.js?ver=10.1.2:1:3103) at n.each (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:2:3023) at a.updateFragments (add-to-cart.min.js?ver=10.1.2:1:3038) at a.onAddedToCart (add-to-cart.min.js?ver=10.1.2:1:3812) at HTMLBodyElement.dispatch (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:3:8066) at r.handle (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:3:4767) at Object.trigger (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:3:7167) at HTMLBodyElement.<anonymous> (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:3:14925) at n.each (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:2:2969) at n.fn.init.each (jquery-1.11.0.min.js?ver=6.8.2:2:845)

This error prevents the Add to Cart action from working properly. The issue seems to be related to a conflict between add-to-cart.min.js and jQuery (jquery-1.11.0.min.js).

We would appreciate your urgent assistance as this issue directly affects sales.

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

WordPress Core already offers jQuery by default. The current version of jQuery is 3.7.1. Can I ask why you are adding the jQuery again, when it is a core library of WordPress?

Additionally, you haven’t shared a link where we can check the issue.

Please remove the additional jQuery or identify the conflict by deactivating all the plugins except the WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce. Then check how it goes.

You can also connect with us here for a deep inspection.

    Thank You
