 * I’ve just integrated the plugin on a new custom theme I’ve made.
   I don’t get
   JS errors but when I submit the form, which has multiple required fields it just
   submits without detecting that all the fields are empty. It also just returns
   to the form page with no msg.I imagine this could be a common and very basic
   issue, any ideas ?

 * Hello [@wordyad](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wordyad/),
 * Can you please share the form URL? This would help to check the form. In addition,
   if you have any caching enabled, please try excluding the form. Also, try submitting
   the form from preview mode to see if the submission works fine.
 * Thank you

 * Hi yes absolutely, I’ve now got it setup here: [https://a-m-w.net/clients/stc/contact/](https://a-m-w.net/clients/stc/contact/)

   Preview mode didn’t seem to make any difference.

 * Hello there,
 * Thank you for sharing the details. It seems like the form sumission js is not
   loaded properly on your website which is causing the issue. If you have any caching
   enabled, kindly try excluding Fluent Forms from caching. In addition, would you
   mind trying to temporarily turn off all plugins except for Fluent Forms to see
   if the issue is still there? If this solves the problem, you can turn the plugins
   back on one at a time to figure out which one is causing the conflict.
 * Let me know the update.
 * Thank you

 * I think it must be a theme specific thing as changing theme resolves it. What
   JS libs do we need in the header to make your form logic work ?
