The _window_cookieconsent is not from Complianz. Do you have another cookie banner active on your site, or until recently?
The warning is useful when the cookie banner isn’t appearing, but if it works without issues you can probably ignore the notice. It will be dismissable as of 5.0.
If you can post your domain I can take a look.

Yes, the bug is still there. Can only be seen in the dashboard and I can’t find the reason.

As Rogier suggested, this “_window_cookieconsent” is not related to Complianz, is there anything related to cookie consent as a plugin, added javascript or might it be caching from a CDN for example?
If you don’t know what it might be, it could also be integrated in your theme. Maybe have a look at the settings. If there’s nothing left after this, it should disappear after a while.
