# Javascript error in theme – causes Ninja Forms problem

 * After upgrade of my website to WordPress 5.5, my Ninja Form contact form stopped
   showing on the Contact page. I sent a message to Ninja Forms and they told me
   the problem was my theme was generating a javascript error:
 * There is a JS error on your page that is causing Ninja Forms not to display. 
   Uncaught TypeError: e(…).live is not a function This error is coming from the
   file: [https://chickadeewebdesign.com/wp-content/themes/catch-kathmandu/js/catchkathmandu-allmenu.min.js?ver=20140317](https://chickadeewebdesign.com/wp-content/themes/catch-kathmandu/js/catchkathmandu-allmenu.min.js?ver=20140317)

   update have solved Your problem..? Not for me.. We were in touch months ago for
   a footer problem.. I did not use Catch-Katmandu for my site but a couple of clients
   sites use it..

 * Hello Francesco – I replaced the Ninja Forms plugin with Contact Form 7 plugin
   and re-created the form on my website. I had emailed Catch Themes directly about
   it and they recommended Contact Form 7 plugin as that is what they use in their
   demos. The theme update caused my WP admin to crash, not good obviously, and 
   I concluded that the Catch Kathmandu theme code and Ninja Forms plugin code just
   don’t play well together.
