 * Hi [@tapashdatta](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tapashdatta/),
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * In order to try to reproduce the issue and investigate it, please share your
   form with us.
 * To do this, go to **WPForms » Tools** and click on the **Export** tab. In the**
   Form Export** section, select the form you’d like to export, and it will download
   a JSON file for you. Here’s a screenshot of the setting: [https://a.supportally.com/IkXKnX](https://a.supportally.com/IkXKnX)
 * In case it’s helpful, we also have a [tutorial for this here](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-import-and-export-wpforms/)(
   it includes screenshots, which I always find helpful).
 * Then just add the file to some cloud, like Google Drive or WeTransfer, and share
   the link here. That way, we can try to reproduce the issue and provide further
   information.
 * Thanks!
