# JavaScript error – Videos do not play

 * The video gallery is shown, but if I click on any video nothing happens.
    Reason
   being a JavaScript error:
 *     ```
       Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined
           at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (ytprefs.min.js?ver=13.4.1.2:formatted:248)
           at HTMLDivElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)
           at HTMLDivElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)
       ```
   
 * The line is:
    var l = f.data(“ep-gallerysrc”).replace(“GALLERYVIDEOID”, g);

 * Are you using Borlabs or Complianz’s Cookie plugins? If so, they are not compatible
   with the plugin. Our plugin already has its own privacy options for YouTube, 
   so you can try and see if you can disable operation on YouTube embeds in your
   Cookie plugin.

 * You are right, Borlabs was the issue.
    Since we are also using Videos in other
   parts of the website we can’t rely purely on your compliance settings… Any ideas
   on how to solve this issue?

 * One option is to perhaps nudge Borlabs to add the flexibility to disable their
   functionality on certain (kinds of) content.
