 * I could not figure out the proper place to report this, so I came here hoping
someone could set me straight, or forward this to the proper person. My problem
is not with WordPress, but with the Wiki interface for the WordPress Codex.
 * When editing the Codex, I get this error: `'addButton' is undefined` I have the
edit bar preference enabled because I don’t edit wikis enough to remember all
the markup. Because of this error, the edit bar does not display. It appears
the proper javascript file is not referenced on the page.
 * The Codex obviously could use some editing, but people are less inclined to contribute
if they have to look up markup codes because the edit bar does not display.
