WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected. And that’s the reason why you’re getting a Javascript error message and submit button is not working properly. After clearing cache the issue is still present. If you have disabled both the plugins and the issue is still there then I think there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin.
