* [EXAMPLE 2](http://tnuocca.com/test-3/) = **(select “other”)** does not display
or function properly
* Both examples use the same form shortcode, and it does not display or function
properly in EXAMPLE 2.
* Anyone know a solution?

* It must be some conflict as you say… I can work around it, and much prefer to
work with select div dropdown.
* If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
