# Javascript in header?

 * When I’m making my theme and do I just copy all javascript and place it normally
   or do I need to make a seperate file and link it in?
 * My easy slider works fine on my general front page of my site that’s CSS/ XHTML.
   Then I copy all the content into header.php and copy the required slider code
   into the Style sheet.
 * Any help would be great.
