# Javascript in Post not working

 * I’m inserting javascript code for an email capture form (aweber) and it’s not
   showing. The html code shows the form fine. Why can’t I get javascript to work?

 * In my experience, for JS to work in the post/page editor, you need to delete 
   all the white space so no paragraph breaks are interserted by the editor.

 * You have no idea how long I’ve tried to figure out why my simple script wouldn’t
   run. I checked the codex and tried that too. Nothing helped.
 * And just as you’ve described. When I looked closer into the source of my preview,
   I could see quite a few paragraph HTML tags in my javascript.
 * I cleaned up my white spaces and now there’s no problem.
