# Javascript/jQuery error not resolved by disabling theme and plugins

 * I have seen this error many times and usually I can find the plugin that’s causing
   the conflict, but this time disabling everything but UpDraft (all at once and
   one at a time) did not change the fact that the UpDraftPlus page doesn’t load
   completely, rendering it unusable, though schedules backups that are sent to 
   my client’s Google Drive still take place.
 * The instructions at the link provided in the error message says to contact you
   if this happens. Could you please help me troubleshoot this?
