# JavaScript or jQuery problem on the site.

 * When I go to the UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore page I get this…Warning: If you can
   still read these words after the page finishes loading, then there is a JavaScript
   or jQuery problem on the site.
 * Unable to backup whole site without errors.
 * Went through the process of turning off all plugins and changing theme…but nothing.

 * Can you please check if you have any whitespace at top of bottom in following
   files:
 * 1. wp-config.php
    2. Theme’s functions.php file
 * If there’s a whitespace, please remove the whitespace and check if the message
   goes away.

 * I have checked and did not seem to help. I then deactivated the Updraft plugin
   and my other issues were resolved as well.
