Javascript Suddenly Stopped Working

Throughout a site I’ve been working on, all of a sudden, any functions that are created via script are just not displaying.

I thought this was limited to one page I was working on recently, but it’s affecting all pages on throughout the site, even pages I haven’t worked on at all. These functions seemed to be working fine even just a week ago.
