When trying to drag and drop, it takes about 2 seconds before the mousedown event is registered correctly and we can drag an element. It also makes selecting posts in the overview very slow. * I’ve tested this by disabling the plugin, which makes the post selection fast again. * Would love to hear if there is a fix for this issue. I have installed from your list the plugins I could find on WordPress’ repository, but there are a lot of them self built and PROs which of course I did not have access to. * Installing the ones I found and Simple Custom Post Order did not give me the same results as on your end and unfortunately I could not replicate the issue. * The most we can do at the moment is try and improve the plugin’s speed for a future update. The dragging is suddenly very slow to the point where it’s unusable. Initially the plugin worked fine. While it does still reorder when dragging there isn’t the animation anymore (where the post follows the cursor) and the reordering is delayed.
