 * When using the screen reader JAWS, all the field names repeat 3 times with JAWS?
 * For this example ( [http://dev-westwords-test-2.pantheonsite.io/test/](http://dev-westwords-test-2.pantheonsite.io/test/)),
   the resulting JAWS output reads this for the first name field:
 * “First Name left paren required right paren First Name left paren required right
   paren First Name left paren required right paren”
