    i have already installed jetpack on other my site and it works well but now
   i have build another site and i recieve this error from jetpack “The Jetpack 
   server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host
   if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance,
   contact Jetpack Support: [http://jetpack.me/support/&#8221](http://jetpack.me/support/&#8221);

 * It seems that one of your plugins, or your host, blocks incoming connections 
   to your site’s XML-RPC file.
 * Could you try to deactivate each one of your plugins, one at a time, and let 
   me know if you find a conflicting plugin?
    I’d suggest starting with security
   and maintenance plugins, as they can restrict access to your site.

 * In this case, I’d suggest contacting your host and asking them if they currently
   restrict incoming requests to your site’s XML-RPC file.
 * Let me know how it goes.
