    Hi,

    What is your site’s URL?

Once Jetpack is installed, it needs to be activated via the Plugins page, if not already.

Once activated, it will display a button for you to connect to WordPress.com or, if not, it is accessible via the Jetpack menu on the left-side menu near the top.

    Thanks!

Hi I have solved it, went in via FTP and renamed the Jetpack direktory ant then it was possible to do a new installation. I could not see Jetpack in plugin but it was still on the directory

Good to hear. The most likely cause for that is something on your server failed during the upgrade process, leaving the upgrade half-done.

    Cheers!
