# Jetpack Automatic Roles?

 * How can I set Jetpack to automatically register news user as a ‘Subscriber’ when
   they register to my site. Right now it automatically registers them as Contributors
   for some reason.
 * P.S. I am using Jetpack Version 3.0.2
