# Jetpack by WordPress.com: Stats lost

 * Hi,
 * I lost all the stats in a client’s self-hosted WP instance after deactivating
   and reactivating Jetpack.
 * I had previously activated Jetpack on localhost (a copy of the production site
   and database) in preparation for a site redesign.
 * I deactivated on localhost as soon as I noticed the statistics were recording
   URLs that only existed there.
 * When I try to access [https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats&blog=<blog_id](https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats&blog=<blog_id)
   in backup’s stats_options> with my client’s username, I get the error “You are
   not a member of this site”.
