# Jetpack Carousel doesn't work

 * Hello,
 * Could anyone help me finding out why carousel dosn’t work properly for us?
 * First we used NextGen gallery, and it was fine, but after a while it messed up
   our site (sliders couldn’t run, and galleries didn’t worked as well). So I deleted
   NextGen and started to use carousel, but full-screen photos don’t open up, only
   the black background appears and nothing else.

 * Please suggest any idea what could be wrong.
