I was able to leave a comment thanks to the Facebook login option a few minutes ago:

If you still experience issues on your end, you might want to clear your cache and cookies and then reconnect to Facebook.

in my case it works on Google +, Twitter and WordPress but facebook still hang on Submitting Comment… how to clear the cache or cookies. is it for browser or we need to use some plugin to do that.

after i spend my time play around with it. i found out that one of my facebook account get hang while Submitting Comment loading but other facebook account get working on that. the problem it the popup for authorize not auto close the window i have to click for closing and than comment by facebook is working.
other facebook account get working on that.
I can confirm it; I was able to authenticate with my own Facebook account without any issues:

If the problem is specific to one of your Facebook accounts, you’ll want to log in with the account, go to this page, and delete the WordPress.com app to reset the authentication process.
