Jetpack Do Not Send Emails Not Working

HI. My snippit code stopped working for some reason on my website. http://www.theoddsbreakers.com with the TAGDIV Newspaper theme. Sometimes when I post, I do not want a notification sent via email to subscribers. Was working just find until like 2 days ago. Thoughts?
