# JetPack error

 * Hello mates, need Your help! Now i am trying to develop my personal site offline,
   using wordpress 4.7.3 and desktop server. Now i’m creating gallery page and for
   that purpose downloaded JetPack plugin using Shapely theme.
 * But when i click on plugin settings “connect to wordpress.org” i get an error:
 * **Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-
   RPC URL. Please check to make sure [http://www.zdstudio.dev/xmlrpc.php](http://www.zdstudio.dev/xmlrpc.php)
   is working properly. It should show ‘XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.’
   on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank lines

 * Tried already to reinstall wordpress in the frontend setting menu, tried to delete
   and reinstall plugin, tried to switch to the basic twentrysixteen theme – nothing
   helps.
    Need your advice guys!

 * Would like to add that there is also no ‘Blank lines or extra content in XML-
   RPC’.
    The phrase ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’looks exactly the
   same as it should be.
 * Tried to change themes, switch off/on, delete plugins, nothing works.

 * If your site is offline, Jetpack’s Gallery features won’t function. They rely
   on an active connection to WordPress.com to function.
 * If your site is offline, I’d recommend Jetpack’s Development feature, that disables
   Jetpack’s features that require an active connection:
