 * Thanks for the report. We’ll try to fix this issue in the next version of the
   Jetpack plugin, thanks to this patch:
    [https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/13425](https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/13425)
 * Until then, I would recommend that you edit your site’s `wp-config.php` file
   and ensure that the `WP_DEBUG` constant is set to `false` in that file (it is
   most likely set to `true` right now, which is fine for development environments
   but not ideal for live sites as you then see notices like the one above appear
   for all users and visitors.
 * I hope this helps.

 * Hi

   class-jetpack-about-page.php on line 105
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access
   this page.
 * I checked in the wp-config.php file and the WP_DEBUG constant is already set
   to false.

 * [@nicoletaporojanu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nicoletaporojanu/) That
   warning is most likely not what’s bringing your site down, but to fix that warning,
   you could delete your current version of Jetpack and install the most recent
   version instead. The latest version of the plugin does not include that error
   anymore.
 * If you still experience issues with Jetpack once you update to the most recent
   version could you please start your own thread as per the [Forum Welcome](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#post-in-the-best-place)?

 * Thanks Jeremy
 * The 1st problem is that I do not have access to the WordPress dashboard to delete
   and install another version of Jetpack. It tells me: Sorry, you are not allowed
   to access this page.
 * The 2nd problem is that I searched on your support forums and another suggestion
   was to delete and/or rename Jetpack from the file manager to see if the issue
   persists. I deleted Jetpack and now, not only that I do not have access to the
   WordPress dashboard to make any changes, but most of the site content has disappeared
   and to prevent customers see it like that I had to put it in the maintenance
   mode through the file manager.
 * Please help me sort this out as it creates excessive disruption in my work.
 * Many thanks

 * If you do not have access to your dashboard, you can indeed go through FTP or
   your hosting provider’s File Manager to make changes to your site’s plugins.
 * If that doesn’t help, and if removing files caused some of the content to disappear,
   that’s a bigger problem. It may be that you removed files outside of the Jetpack
   directory that were vital for your site. It may be that you did not remove all
   Jetpack files and thus now the plugin errors out when trying to call files that
   do not exist.
 * Either way, in this case you have 2 main options:
    - You can enable debugging mode on your site to find out more by looking at
      your site’s error logs: [https://gist.github.com/jeherve/e6acfc973c07cb500836804e1044d12a](https://gist.github.com/jeherve/e6acfc973c07cb500836804e1044d12a)
    - You can contact your hosting provider; they may be able to do the above for
      you and help you regain access to your site.
 * I hope this helps.
