# Jetpack Error

 * Hey,
    When I’m trying to install Jetpack plugin, I get a error like that:
 * > The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please
   > check to make sure [http://www.idevice.co.il/xmlrpc.php](http://www.idevice.co.il/xmlrpc.php)
   > is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’
   > on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank 
   > links or extra output anywhere.
 * I haven’t any Firewall plugins or somgthing like that….
 * Please help me!

 * Can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see 
   some additional information from your site?
 * 1) Download the plugin from [http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip](http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip)
   
   2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New. 3) Activate
   the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test. 4) Click the “Select
   All” button. 5) Send us the results of the test via this form: [http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service](http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service)
