# jetpack error with wordpress app

 * when i try to use the wordpress app to reply to a comment on my site, i get the
   error message: the jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport
   error- HTTP status code was not 200 (403) [-32300]
 * however, I am able to sync the latest comments on the wordpress app without any
   problem. it is only when i try to reply that the error message appears.

 * Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still? If 
   you are still having this issue, please try disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.
   com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your
   site’s Dashboard, then connect again when prompted.
 * Does this resolve the commenting issue?

 * hi, i have disconnected and reconnected and it still does not work. have also
   tried uninstalling and reinstalling wordpress app.

 * Hi there,
 * When I test your site I’m seeing a connection error.
 * Please contact your host and ask them if they’re blocking your site’s xmlrpc.
   php file. That file is needed for your site to properly be connected to WordPress.
   com.
 * If XML-RPC is not being blocked, check if you’re using any security plugins and
   configure them so that they allow XML-RPC connections.
