I converted site to e-commerce. Woo commerce installed and jetpack. I have NOT activated or connected jetpack. I go to disable jetpack and get a Jetpack Master User error. I am running version 1.25.11 of the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin. The URL to my site is [https://staging2.thechaoticcraftroom.com/](https://staging2.thechaoticcraftroom.com/). This is a staging site and I did get the popup from Jetpack but I was not planning on using Jetpack at the moment. I did try that but it did not work, However I have fixed the issue or so I think. I not only deactivated the JetPack Plugin but I also deleted it. This did not fix it, but then the kicker was that I purged cache and all was fixed. Thanks for the help and I am learning every day.
