# Jetpack incompatible with plugin: Digimember

 * Hello,
 * if i install jetpack on my wordpress website and activate the plugin afterwards.
   I got a 500-Server-Error if i want to access the backend (*/wp-admin…)
 * i found out that this not happend if i deactivate the plugin called “digimember”
   but i really need this plugin.
 * Can someone explain me why this incompatibility is happen? I want to use both
   of the plugins at the same time.

 * Could you check your server error logs around the time when you experienced the
   issue, to find out more about the error?
 * If you don’t know how to access your server error logs, your hosting provider
   should be able to help.
