# Jetpack Inexistent Folder

 * Hi, my blog [http://www.todosenmicocina.com](http://www.todosenmicocina.com) 
   is hosted by an Webempresa, and I am looking to use WordPress’s App on my Ipad
   but I can’t install Jetpack to do so. It seems that there is already a file with
   that name but I can’t find it anywhere. At some point they even gave me a link
   to access the folder but it’s inexistent. How can I delete that file so I can
   install Jetpack and use the WordPress App?

 * You should be able to use FTP or your web host’s File Manager to access your 
   plugins directory.
 * You’ll find it here:
 * ../wp-content
    …./plugins ……/jetpack <-delete this folder
 * You may need to contact your host for help using their File Manager, but once
   you get the folder deleted you should be able to install Jetpack without issue.
