I puchased the Jetpack Stats product and the debit has gone off my bank account but on my Jetpack profile it says no subscriptions/licences or payment history.

Can someone please contact me to resolve this.

Please ensure you are logged into the correct WordPress.com account associated with your Jetpack purchase. You can view your purchases and payment history by visiting https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. Once found the license, you can see how to activate it here:
