JetPack not authenticating/connecting

I had my client login to their wordpress dashboard

Then had them visit the link here: My Jetpack

I had them scroll down to where it says, “Some features require authentication. <u>Sign in</u>” (see screenshots for reference)

Then had them click “Sign in” and they did so but the “Some features require authentication. <u>Sign in</u>” message still shows

They are trying to get VideoPress work as their videos aren’t playing/working, any way to resolve/help with this?
