Hi @sachinmalhotra
Thanks for contacting us about this. I took a look for you and your Jetpack connection looks great.
I would recommend using a plugin such as WP Mail Logging to see if it finds any issues with the wp_mail .
Another useful plugin to diagnose things might be WP Mail SMTP by WPForms – this can allow your emails to be sent via SMTP.
Thanks for your kind revert Mr. Bruce. Since i have switched to free version of Jetpack it is not only contact form but the email to subscriber is also giving trouble. I will try to resolve the matter with WP Mail Logging plugin but in case it doesn’t work then will get back to the paid version of jetpack only. Thanks !
Hi @sachinmalhotra,

Thank you for clarifying that the problem also affects subscription emails. Were you able to troubleshoot further / solve the problem with the plugins that Bruce suggested? You should be able to send newsletters on the free Jetpack plan, so please let me know if the issue persists.
Thank you!
Hi there, @sachinmalhotra,
It’s been one week since this topic was last updated. I’m going to mark this thread as solved. If you have any further questions or need more help, you’re welcome to open another thread here. Cheers!
Sorry for the delay in reply. At my website https://astrologicalmusings.com/ the jetpack plugin is properly configured but it is still not able to send emails to the subscribers. Please let me know the solution of this problem.
Hi @sachinmalhotra –
Thank you so much for patiently waiting for a response! We have a backlog of support requests and work through them on a first-come, first-served basis.
I have re-opened this thread so that we can continue investigating. I looked at your most recent post:
Based on our logs, it was sent out to your subscribers without issue. If you aren’t receiving the emails at a specific address, I would recommend checking your spam folder. It is possible that the emails are being marked as spam. If so, please mark them as “not spam”. You can also try adding the email address [email protected] to your allowed sender list in your email account. The exact ways to do both will vary depending on your email provider.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks for your support. My issue has been resolved positively and you may close this thread after marking it ‘resolved’.
