# Jetpack Publicize Error Code: -10520

 * Hello
    When attempting to add a Facebook / Twitter connection via the Jetpack
   Publicize settings, we receive the following error:
 * > Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try
   > again, maybe it will work. Error code: -10520
 * I’ve been trying to google it, but find no simillar problem with me (with the
   same error code)
 * Can you guys give me help? thanks in advance!

 * And i’ve been trying to make some post. Some of them is connected to my twitter
   account (its publicize the article from my twitter account) but i can’t see it
   on the sharing page..

 * It suddenly resolved after i go back and forth and try to remove fail connection
   using the url from the (x) button ([http://site.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing&action=delete&service=facebook&id=xxxxx&kr_nonce=xxxxxxnonce=xxxxxxxx](http://site.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing&action=delete&service=facebook&id=xxxxx&kr_nonce=xxxxxxnonce=xxxxxxxx))

 * now its partially error, it’s work already work for the twitter, but error for
   the facebook

 * If you’re using Untangle Firewall, under Intrusion Prevention, you have to bypass(
   or temporarily allow) rule 3827. The filter is xmlrpc.php post attempt.
