# Jetpack register_http_request_failed

 * Hi,
 * I had to uninstall all plugins due to an slow running site and like a plum I 
   uninstalled jetpack..
 * So activating the plugins I need I get the following error with Jetpack register_http_request_failed
 * I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall and this has not worked, also given Go 
   Daddy a call and they are saying its not their end causing issues.
 * Any help is much appreciated as I’ve been running the site for 3 years and never
   had this issue

 * Could you please log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing jetpack
   plugin files?
 * Once you have done so you should be able to install Jetpack again, either via
   the Plugin installer in your dashboard, or manually via FTP:

 * Let me know if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer
